What we do?
At Karna Vidya Foundation, we offer job-oriented courses designed to prepare visually impaired individuals for meaningful careers in both the government and private sectors.
Our courses are developed in consultation with industry experts and accessibility professionals to ensure that every learner gains practical, market-relevant skills.
Our Services Include:
Government Job Preparation: Training and guidance for competitive exams, typing tests, and clerical roles in government departments.
Private Sector Readiness: Courses in computer operations, customer support, digital accessibility testing, transcription, and other corporate skills.
Assistive Technology Integration: Hands-on training in using screen readers, accessible software, and productivity tools to enhance efficiency.
Soft Skills & Communication: Focus on workplace etiquette, interview preparation, and professional communication.
Certification & Placement Support: On successful completion, learners receive certification and are connected with inclusive employers through our Placement Cell.
